Re: DUBS has gone too far!

I have noticed a number of cars that I would decribe as...unsightly...being driven around with 17-22" dubs. It is kind of ridiculous in my opinion. You never ever put wheels on a vehicle worth more then the vehicle itself. The ONLY exception is if you are throwing together a budget race car and even then I can't think of to many rims worth more then the vehicle.

Seriously though, why the heck spend $2000+ on wheels that 1) I think look terrible, but ignore my opinion some people like them 2) are worth more then your bust ride 3) look so out of place and terrible because they are 'nice' rims on a HORRIBLE car.

Then again I can't understand all of the people who spend themselves into bankrupcy or massive debt because they can't manage to spend within their means.

*slaps head*

oh well.

Funny thing was that this corn-rowed fool was blasting his stereo (stock mind you, all treble), and bobbing his head driving 15mph in a about ghetto, as I passed, I just couldn't believe this fool...I was totally speechless at the level of ghetto-ness before my very

Re: DUBS has gone too far!

IMO anything over 22's is just crazy. Even more so on a car.

Heh, those "box GM cars on huge rims" reminds me of one of those early ghetto-gangs in Grand Theft Auto 3.
