Medieval motorsports SCAM ! I 've been cheated (updated info-last page)

dear all,
first of all i'm sorry if i open this topic in a wrong section of the forum but could'nt find any better.
I leave in Greece an have a BIG problem with Medieval which i know that is in Salt Lake City , USA.

I cant find any other way to get help so i would appreciate if any of you could help me.

I have a mazdaspeed 3 and through internet i bought 2,5 months ago a pair of traction bars from Medieval.
When i bought the bars i really didn't pay much attention to the company-just found what i wanted, paid with paypal and waited for the things to come here in Greece.
The bars never came here and i send them some emails asking what happened - they claimed that a mistake was done by US post office and they answered that they would send another pair of bars (free of charge).
I waited again but nothing arrived here.
its been 2 months now and i started to send them emails - their last answer was that they would check what happened and inform me.
that was 15 days ago
from that time, i have sent them 10 emails asking to inform me of whats going on and then asking for a refund and cancellation of my order but they don't answer back.

i tried to find some contact (phone number) but in their website have only an online form (email) in order to contact them and nothing else. no phone number, no street address, just their name and the city they are at.

I have no way to contact them as they don't answer my emails.

i have allready paied $274 for the bars and i m thinking that i maybe lost my money.
I dont want to say anything to bring this forum in a difficult position so i just stated the facts without any accusations.

Ιf anyone know this company or can find a way in order i can communicate with them (a phone number) I WOULD DEEPLY APPRECIATE. IF I CAN PHONE THEM MAYBE THE WHOLE THING WILL CLEAR.

the website is http://medievalllc.com/storefront/

thank you all and sorry but you are my last hope

There's a sponser on here, darkstarmotorsports, who is supposedly in a lawsuit with them for various bad business tactics. http://www.mazda3forums.com/index.php?board=1281.0

you might want to contact him for a phone number.

Work in progress

Just file a paypal dispute. It'll put their funds on hold until they prove that they shipped the item and you got it.

Im afraid my friend that they have already taken the money as this thing goes back 2.5 months now.

If they were here in Greece i would know what to do (many services in favour of citizens in order to find their right) but now....they are a US company. where do i suppose to go ? in the US empassy here in Greece ?

anyway i ll let paypal know about the issue and hope to do something

Re: Problem with buy from Medieval motorsports ! SOS

i have the emails but my main concern is how am i going to prove that i didnt received the bars.
i m going to see your post office if have some short of enquirys that i can use and ask them to declare that they havent send me anything in my name and address.
if they can do that , i ll have some kind of proof.
but even though, how am i going to get in touch with the seller ?

Re: Problem with buy from Medieval motorsports ! SOS

BAD NEWS guys

Paypal replyed that the dispute would be stated within 45 days from the payment and as this time period has expired they can do nothing.

Nice eh ?

bye bye money.

please if anyone could find a telephone number for the medieval corporation in Salt Lake city , Utah
i would be thankfull to have in order to phone them just trying to find out what happened.

i think that for a US citizen its not big deal to search in the yellow pages or something , for them.
the company's webpage: http://medievalllc.com/storefront/ so not to make any mistakes.

please guys, anybody
