Welcome to the internet, where believe it or not, not everything is fact.

I think that's all that needs to be said and even this thread could be closed because there isn't a whole lot to add.

Maybe I need an example then, as I'm a bit confused over the entire topic, that may be the issue.

Let me put it in my perspective, and please, please say if it's completely wrong, because this is just how I am currently understanding it:
This is public domain, and some people have responded incorrectly so not everything is 100% true as far as testing how some or why something failed / what needs replacing. And said posts should be deleted.

Is this right or wrong?

If it is right, then yeah. Welcome to the internet. Or life in fact. Not every advice will be correct, and quite frankly, sometimes it promotes people to think outside the box to solve the problem. Because believe it or not, sometimes the same solution, does not equal the same answer.

If I'm wrong and confused, again, please, you're welcome to share an example.
And, if it is deemed, life threatening or whatnot, then sure. It can be taken care of.

Don't take all of this the wrong way, I'm just confused over what you're trying to accomplish.

So then basically... just shut down the forum, because some information 'may' be incorrect lol

This goes back to the fact that this is a forum, and not everything posted may be 100% accurate in all cases.

But there's never a reason or need to go back and nazi an entire forum until it's "book correct"
because it never will be, and was never meant to be.
