Blocking threads

So I don't own a Mazda, nor do I want to purchase lowering springs. Yet, every day I see twenty threads in my "New Posts" search by thmotorsports about perpetual sales.

No offense to them or their business, it just isn't for me. Blocking their username doesn't block their threads from appearing.

Any way to prevent these threads from appearing in my New Posts search?

That is not a function of vB unfortunately so no.

But don't feel alone; we see all the stuff from Steeda and other sponsors as well.

Aren't they Vendors?

I don't think vendors should be looked upon as "spam" by any means. Except SURE.

I feel your pain, but at least its easy to overlook them since the titles are all formatted the same way and they're always all in a row

I normally wouldn't mind. It's thmotorsports' specifically that prompted this thread, since every day or two it's twenty threads bumped for Mazda parts saying essentially "Happy (day), sale still on!".

There's a lot of other threads I'd like to just, not have show up anymore. I can't skim titles very well and I often overlook threads where I can be helpful.

First world problems, basically

You dont see STEEDA cluttering up the forum with crap people wont even buy.

Mods... Steeda Intake, Steeda 93-100 octane tune, Steeda Springs, Steeda STB, Steeda Hood Struts, Steeda Motor Mount, Steeda TB Spacer, Whiteline rear swaybar, 19x8.5 Mustang GT wheels, Magnaflow catback, Upper and lower 6,00k HID's, and much more...

I get that guys, but vendors make the forum possible. Just a thought.

I just plain don't like THmotorsports haha.

Tried to get in contact with them and they could give a freak less. You want me to give you money? No no it's cool.

We can't block particular threads but like it's been said you can always just skim over them. When I use tapatalk I just skip their threads or mark them as read.

Every now and again a bunch of steeda threads pop up.

But... keep in mind THMotorsports is NOT Mazda only; they're an aftermarket parts dealership for every make and model.

I haven't had an issue with them.

& BTW they had the lowest price on RPF1s until I found someone else.. which.. used to work for them which makes it kind of funny. But up until that point, THM sold RPF1s for over $50 less than everywhere else I could find.
