Re: Malware?

Hmm I don't get that message, but then again I'm on Linux, maybe someone with Windows can confirm

But looking through the source code for the page doesn't bring up any reference to the mentioned site, might be a bug on your end?

Re: Malware?

Actually it is in the source, it's the image linked in the first post on the page (of Tiger Woods).

I'm running google chrome and I just tried at home and got the same message as I got earlier today at work. Visiting the page in any other browser does not issue a warning.

Still, it's the only page I've received such a warning on thus far. Following google's link to info about the malware reports:

Re: Malware?

Just tried it at work in Windows and Linux (both with firefox) and didn't get a warning (just noticed it was page 2) so I found the site in the source but no warning, however if I go to the site directly I do get a warning on both Windows and Linux with Firefox

Re: Malware?

Yeah, def seems like a shady site. Since just a hosted image is embedded here, there's probably no danger to m3f users.

Re: Malware?

Yeah I doubt any code could be run through an img tag but you can never be too careful, a mod should probably edit the post just to be safe
