Moved Threads

So lately I've been seeing a bunch of these threads.

"MOVED: lksajdfasdhfasdlfkjsd"
"MOVED: asfkjsadfjkasdfh"

I have to scroll through a bunch of moved threads to find a legit thread. Can you guys delete these type of threads to clean it up a bit?

Re: Moved Threads

It sounds like you are frustrated by the various redirection topics that are posted by the moderators/admins. These redirections occur when a thread is moved from one location to another (ie: another section of the forum, the deleted threads bin, etc.) Unfortunately we do not delete these redirection posts since they allow our users to see that something has been moved. For the most part, the community prefers that we keep these topics up so they know exactly what is going on.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

+1

If we didn't leave that, we'd be getting 100 emails a day accusing us of deleting threads

Re: Moved Threads

We also leave the re-direct topics because sometimes we need to post information as to why a specific thread was moved.

For example, in the buy/sell forum if a member doesn't meet forum requirements to post an item for sale, it's nice to let them know so they don't keep re-posting and thinking their threads are going poof.
