Topic reply error.

When ever posting a reply i have to click the too keep the form from scrolling on its own, if the form is very large. Also somtimes everything or part of what i typed completely disapears, this only happend on my vista computer tho. any ideas?


EDIT: happens on my XP laptop too... its reallly fricken annoying

what browser? try firefox

Yeah that doesn't make any sense... I've never heard anyone else complain of it. Are you posting a reply using Quick Reply or the full reply window? When are you talking about it scrolling... after you post or when you open the post window?

I have the same probem too, but only if running IE8. If I click the "compatibility view" button it fixes it.

OK well, it's a known problem: http://dev.simplemachines.org/mantis/view.php?id=3354

Whether or not it's SMF or MS's fault, I'm not sure, but the solution as of right now is to use compatibility mode.
