New here, new to me 2009 Fusion SEL bought from an auction

Haven't had a car in 21 years been driving a Ford truck that long. Won the car on a copart auction couldn't see it until the day to bid on it. Bought it sight unseen, Had an engine noise, got it home turns out it has spun bearing (I know shouldn't have but I did). Fun times ahead. I got it for not very much and it runs fine besides a loud knocking and there isn't a CEL and everything else works. I'll be driving it once I fix that engine.

Haven't rebuilt an engine before, its only an Duratec 23 how hard can it be? I have rebuilt a few automatic transmissions those were fun.

probably easier to just get a different engine and swap it out honestly. When the other engine is out you can see if in fact it is s spun bearing. Could be something else.
