2010 fusion driver side outer tie rod

So my 10 fusion driver side tie rod outer has some play in it.
Now I’m a little confused as there appears to be 2 lower tie rods or is it a control arm...? Both of the boots are torn open so I do want to replace them before both go bad. Can someone help identify what the other part is called

I'm not familiar with a Ford Fusion, but at least one of those looks to be your lower ball joint.

You need both lower control arms for that side. One is called the front lower forward and the other is called the front lower rearward. The rearward is side specific. The forward is the same for both sides. See Rockauto for your car and look under control arm under suspension link.

Suppose the ball joints are ok. Is there a supplier for just the dust boots?
