Change battery Mazda 3 2010

Well it's time to change the battery, when I'm going to take the car about a week or a week and a half it does not start ...
The battery is finished, it is currently a yuasa with maintenance, it is early but it has been discharged many times when not being able to take the car for being outside ...
when it came it was already unloaded ...
From the house currently: yuasa bateria 75d23l-mf 65ah 520a MEASURES
Length 232mm
Width 175mm
Height 225mm

On the website of varta I get these 2:

Varta Blue Dynamic D47
Varta Blue Dynamic E23 (I prefer to choose)

I prefer to choose the E23 because it is 70A, the other is 60A, the standard one comes with 65a, I have opened the battery cover and it still has something "I think" a priori that I could enter ...
Good to have someone who has changed battery tell me if the varta E23 fits.
