Welcome to the forum
Really sorry to read your problems. The questions you are asking can only be answered as you go through the steps between the Dealership you purchased you MAZDA from and the MAZDA/dealer representative .
I would at least wait to see the end "fix" and then share that with us so maybe and I use that term very, very loosely some of us with experience having similar concerns like yours can suggest what you may or have the right to do. You can read about what is covered in the lemon law and at this point my interpretation you do not have what would be considered a lemon. The lemon law outlines in detail all about this and what is considered a lemon vehicle.
Your 2018 Mazda 3 is really a good reliable car and for the most part looking your issues is very isolated. I bought a 2018 almost a year ago and have a little over 12,000 trouble free miles on mine. I really hope that your problem will be resolved fast and that you will be able to also say aside from this first problem that the rest of your ownership will be problem free?
In the mean time you should see if your auto insurance covers a rental car. Dealerships loaning cars for service work unless it is included in the sales contract normally only a courtesy and not required.
IMHO I would not demand, ask for or negotiate anything until your MAZDA has been serviced and repaired.
Please keep us all posted.
