Hello from central Texas

Just picked up 2005 Mazda 3 for my wife as a training car. At 101k miles, the car drives great as it stands. Some minor issues: steering wheel off-centered, driver's window not operating, backlit bulb for automatic shifter blown, and driver's side brake light not working. Just fixed all of them during the first two weeks of ownership. Now I am left with one last issue: the A/C (as well as the green dot light on the A/C button) works intermittently, it seems to have its own idea about when to come on and turn off. I found one thread discussing this problem but the final solution was not posted. I would greatly appreciate it if someone had the same problem can share his/her solution.

Many thanks!

^^ That should be a good discussion.
Start with some wiring and connection issue on terminals.
