Best fuel injector cleaner for 2006 2.3 sporthatch

I have a 2006 mazda3 sp23 sporthatch which has had a bit of a hard life. It has 252,000 kilometres on it and was wanting to know which fuel injector you guys would recommend for my car? Also are champion iridium spark plugs ok to use in this engine instead of ngk? thanks

The general consensus is that fuel injector cleaners don't work.

For sparkplugs, I personally wouldn't use anything except NGK, which people generally agree is the best. It's your engine, don't cheap out on it

Once a year I put in a can of the Chevron fuel injector stuff into a tank of gas just because. Otherwise just running higher quality fuel (not.. higher octane), but good brands, will eliminate really any need at all to run any additives at any point in time. Not only will your injectors thank you, but other parts as well.

Same goes for oil, good quality oil goes a long way, and protect and lengthen wearable items such as your PCV and many other non-internal engine parts that no one ever thinks about.
