Don't Have a MZ3 Yet...

I just signed up today to research the 3. We'll be replacing a Dodge Caliber in a few months with a brand new MZ3. All I know for sure is the 2 is too small and the 5 too big for what we need it for. I have already got a B4000 and an MX-5 in addition to the Dodge. (The Dodge is the wife's car) I also have a Honda GL1800 Goldwing, but starting to transition to the Miata for my touring needs and may soon be for sale. I only managed ~400 miles on it last year after consistantly logging ~15 to 20K a year. Anywho, I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions once I have a few test drives under my belt.

Well, since it is going to be the wife's car and she can't/won't drive a stick, it will need to be an automatic. I really don't have a problem with that. The Miata is a 6MT and she is not interested in learning to drive it. Too bad for her.

just wait for the whole year.. the 3rd gen mz3 might come out at that time.

2.5L skyactive has already came out for the CX-5 and mazda 6 producing 184 hp

3rd gen would likely have that engine as an option. (most likely a diesel option would come out too)
