From a Speed 6 to a Fusion Titanium AWD

Really enjoying the new 2013 Fusion! The seats are unbelievably comfortable and the AWD is comforting. The Speed6 was a fast machine, but this is a ton more luxury. I have a buddy with a Lexus IS and the Fusion has the same equipment; very nice. I'm hoping to rock out the new (looks like recently released) H&R lowering springs, window tint, and a set of 19's to complete the look.

The Focus ST has the same motor and I'm hoping some of the mods transfer over to the Fusion. Only time will tell.

Speed6 was totaled, so I had to pick something else. I really loved the AWD, and loved the look of the new Fusion, so I went for it. Plus on the 6 1/2 years I had the Speed I've gotten married, have 2 kids and moved into a really nice neighborhood.

It was really between this and a used 335xi, but my wife convinced me to get the Fusion.

The Speed was real fast and real fun. I guess I had it modded to about 330 to 340 crank. Stepping into something that has 100 less was a little hard, but the interior and exterior makes the car extra sweet. The Focus ST should help with finding some mods for the 2.0T Fusion.

And yes I do have some left over mods for the speed if you are interested:

I switched from a 2012 mustang v6 to a Titanium Awd about two weeks ago and am loving the car! Just wanted something a bit more relaxed. It's nice to be able to make sharp turns from stop signs into traffic without having to worry about losing traction and fishtailing! Since I'm new to this forum, would anyone be able to tell me where I could ask about the f/r split of the awd system in normal driving? Getting confused because some outlets say it's basically fwd until slip is detected, while others say 70/30 under normal driving.

I absolutely love the way the car looks and hope to gain information on any performance mods that may become available! It would be nice to be able to get to 280 with a tune and/or intake/exhaust

I'm pretty sure it's the same system that was on the Speed6, so it should be FWD until it has a slip.
