Especially because its "all about the $$$"? Bottled water is quite expensive and the tap water that cycles regular nowadays......is already pretty bad in some places for the content of trace amounts of substances that included with it. The less tap water....the more higher the ratio of them substances to actual water would be.

Just a thought.

That's it for now.
It would be far cheaper to desalinate sea water versus piping water in from Alaska.

One more post like this without a response and I am permabanning you on suspicion of being a spambot.

This is not a test.

After all.....if it's "all out the $$$$" .....wouldn't it even at the point may it be, that it would even "increase" the ability to say "it's all about the $$$$"?

Isn't "less dependency" on Resources from futile territories what we want anyways?

What would it need? Slave labor or what?

Well......how about being able to be so well off that the labor we already use as slave labor "outsourced" could eventually support them with at least higher living standards than they receive now.

Where's the love? If it is easier when people are happier and it's $$$$ that make some people happy......then wouldn't it be able to be both? Both well of or at least happy with the $$$$ you have and be able to feel loved and cared for because life may just seem by then to be more of a gift than a struggle.

Just a thought.
Solar panels on that scale will never be cost effective when compared to growing Micro Algae in the same region. That said, co-locating Micro Algae farms near water treatment and fossil fueled power plants is both more efficient and requires less long haul movement of the resultant fuel oil.
