Modded Golf Cart

My family has a place on the lake in Northern Michigan and a lot of people in the area have golf carts to ride around the lake.

We bought this one a few months ago...

This is it today. Mods are lift kit, wheels & tires, new seats, finished dash, painted roof, billet steering wheel, and some speed mods (it went 11 mph stock and goes about 25 mph now)

Hey that’s pretty neat!

What was the end cost? I want to get one to roll around my neighborhood in. But eh.. I’d have to lift it and add a nice cargo rack on the back so I can also take it camping

Thanks!

You could save a lot of money buying a used cart. This is a Club Car Precedent with a gas engine. The cart plus mods has about $10,000 into it.

haha yeah maybe a used cart be better..mine would just be for joy riding. 10k is serious money but that is a great looking ride.

I’m trying to scoop this up later this year.. (I love camping and could use this a bit better)

However, that’d be freaking awesome to have a 4x4 Hummer golf cart. Or Jeep. Or really any cool looking “mini” truck body on a 4x4 golf cart.
