Door Ajar warning light

I have a problem with my Mazda 3 that I could do with some assistance with please...

Yesterday I replaced the fuse for my cigarette lighter. Pretty straight forward.... but since doing this I've had the door ajar warning light permanently on. This has meant that I cannot set my alarm.

I noticed this morning that my auto headlights and wipers don't work either.

I've checked every fuse in the car and none appear to have blown. Could someone please advise me on what might be the problem.

Many Thanks,

Based on his post history, it's a 2005 Sport. I don't know much about 3s personally...
It's odd that this would all occur at the same time. The only other parts electrically related to the cigar fuse are the stereo and mirrors.
