Movember is here!

Report on the state of your 'stach.

Day one, looking manly here. Wife already refusing conjugal relations until I shave it. I don't think she actually means it [she probably does].

Last I shaved was yesterday morning.

Here's before:

And as of about 5 minutes ago:

I've had the goatee since 1998, so this feels really weird...

Re: Movember is here!

I'll have to snap a picture in a few days once the stach has come in a little more. I technically didn't follow the guidelines to a T though. I didn't shave at all yesterday, but that is because I showered Sunday night and then again this morning.

Only facial hair I have are sideburns. I've gone the beard route, but my issue is that I grow hair from the tippy top of my head to my toes without break. I like beards, but don't like neck beards so much and mine is worse in that it grows directly in to my chest hair. Shaving the lower part just looks wierd having a 5 o'clock shadow below a nice beard and I've gone the waxing route for the area right above my chest on the bottom of my neck, but more than an 1 1/2" patch tall is the best I can do (that shit HURTS!). I am not waxing half my neck just to grow a decent non-grizzly man beard.

Yeah, I've got the same issue. I make Chewbacca look like a shaved chihuahua. I don't forsee myself making it to the end of the month.

Re: Movember is here!

Fortunately my back hair is relatively non-existant (compared to the rest of me). Only part that I regularly wax since it is really only a couple of dozen hairs on my entire back. My front could hide a large amount of contraband if I didn't trim it a bit every couple of weeks. My wife once compared my chest hair to a wool sweater before I started trimming it a few years ago.

The sweater came out looking a little thread bare in comparison.

Re: Movember is here!

Working in an office, the stache/beard must be kept neat (short and trimmed).

Which is fine with me since I can't go more than a few days without shaving or I want to scratch my face off.

Re: Movember is here!

This is the first I have heard of this "Movember" stuff dealing with facial hair. Maybe its because I am from the south. I always keep a goatee, and occasional side burns.

Blinking and Clear Side Markers, Debadged, 35% Tint, 18" Alloy Rims Wrapped in 245/40/18 Tires, Lip Spoiler, OEM Fog Lights, Intake Silencer Delete, Upgraded radio bezel with clock, double din touch DVD stereo, LED's, custom exhaust valance, dual exhaust upgrade, HD front lip
