Speeding Excuses

Who's got some original excuses to share? I'm brand new to this forum, as I just took delivery of my 2010 Speed3...I call the color "Arrest Me Red". As of right now, it's still 100% stock, but I am interested to hear from you guys and girls what would be the top 3 performance mods of choice, considering the facts that I don't want to risk violating mfg. warranty while still getting a good value...Also, any local clubs in the Jersey Shore area?

Re: Speeding Excuses

ummm I had a really good speeding excuse last friday *if I had left that is* My girlfriend who lives 1 1/2-2 hrs away from me got hit by a car and was in the ER, I was more than prepared to throw my flashers on and speed like hell to get there, but luckily she was ok, just needed 2 stitches and has some really bad bruises... but at the time I didn't know how badly she was hurt, I just knew she was on the way to the ER in the back of a squad, so if I needed to I was going throw my flashers on, not stop and floor it all the way up there, I had even thought of if a cop tried to pull my over, called 911 and having them patch me through to the car trying to pull me over and explaining to him that I wasn't stopping.

Re: Speeding Excuses

I got pulled over for speeding once, I told the officer I had to take a wicked bad shit. He believed me once I cut loose the most god awful smelling fart I have ever been in the presence of. He let me go.

Re: Speeding Excuses

lmao omg that happened to my husband but luckily he didnt get pulled over! He never uses public bathrooms but that day was not a good day for a Wendy's that happened to be near by lol

In all honesty I get to play the girl card but with the speed its a little harder since I cant play the typical girl who knows nothing about cars. I got pulled over for the first time in this car for going 70 in a 55, he asked me if I knew the speed limit and I said yes its 55 so he asked why I went 70 in a construction. i told him I couldnt have been going over 60 in fact I knew I was going 60 because I was traveling at 3,000rpms in 5th gear. He then noticed I was driving a manual and was impressed and gave me a warning since I was still getting used to the feel of my car and I wasnt being obnoxious, but I think it was the tank top I was wearing
