Re: Warning: Autopia infected with multiple viruses and malware

Yeah, it was a site used to push inferior products on to an unsuspecting public.
No great loss. Autopia was one big infomercial for it's sponsors.

Here is Site Analytics 360 report on the infection.
WARNING! Autopia.org is unsafe for browsing. Website last checked at September 2, 2010, 7:03 pm

Re: Warning: Autopia infected with multiple viruses and malware

Even though I am not a professional detailer I spend quite a bit of time on Autopia.org.
Never had a problem yet with viruses but I have seen alot of warnings.

The problem seemed to start as soon as they moved to a different provider.

Re: Warning: Autopia infected with multiple viruses and malware

I used to go to autopia a while back but the vibe was negative, the information was dated and redundant.
The whole site became like a never ending informercial for their sponsors.
A bunch of yes men sucking up to the site's manager/moderator arty:
And if you weren't the suck up type.............you got the
Now that they are infected with some kind of weapon grade attack virus

I'm glad I left when I did.
It's been well over a week,
I'm sure autopia's yes men are going through serious withdrawel by now

I only have sympathy for the unwitting victims of the viruses and malware.
Which incidently are still being hosted at autopia.org and the infection is growing by the day.

Yeah, looks like autopia is pretty much done.
I've since started checking out the autogeek.net forums but
its not quite the same......so far.
Looks like people might be converting over on a daily basis.
