Bad Luck turns for the better

This morning right outside my office I hear a "thunk"..
I look outside and a big branch off an old tree fell directly on my hood!! WTF
Of all the cars in that row it happens to land right on the bumper hood.

I was pretty ticked but the property manager reluctantly gave my car a full body wash/polish/buff/wax and the detailer was able to get all the scratches out and make the car look better than it ever has..haha

It was great since I havent washed my car in a month and my new rpf1's havent even been washed since I put them on

They even put tire shine!

Looks like the detailer did a good job on the swirl removal as well.

The guy who detailed it was super good. I really take care of my paint with careful hand washes routine waxing so my paint was pretty good.
But getting it professionally buffed with a light polish with wax on top it kills my attempts. I think the big buffer that he had made the difference?

I now feel bad for the speed3 parked right next to me that is severely neglected and dirty..ha

Re: Bad Luck turns for the better

the buffer helps, but its only as good as the polish used on it

Re: Bad Luck turns for the better

I hate it when I see really nice cars that are neglected. I keep my car spotless. Whenever I see one I fell like saying to them, lets trade cars for the day and I'll detail it for you.

I was wondering why that grille looked so out of place, then I saw you have a 2004
