What is this car!?

I have no idea, but it's beautiful imo.. any thoughts on what it could be? Looks like a Lotus logo.

it could also be a kit car, there are lots of em out there, but the symbol does look like lotus

No idea what it is. But I do like the way they used the black fenders to keep it looking like an open-wheel race car.
