Moving Back to Wisconsin

Howdy all! I made a final decision last night to move back to Wisconsin. I've had it pretty good here at Big Bend but, after three years, it's been enough. My family needs me. My mother is getting pretty old and my grandsons have aged two years with out me. My sister and her husband bought a really nice house in Lake Geneva. It has a garage apartment that they are going to rent to me. I always wanted something like that. I was going to drive up in a couple of weeks for my daughters wedding. The timing of the apartment was perfect. My boss is gonna be pissed but, that the way it goes. He'll just have to find someone else. At least I'll be able to enjoy the summer with a clean car before next winter! Now, what to do about my forum name?

That's a good one. Next winter, I'll have some shots out on the lake. It's cool driving on the frozen lake!

Re: Moving Back to Wisconsin

I'm really hoping next winter is similar to the one we just had. Rained on Christmas, snow was completely melted by the beginning of March, and now it's suppose to be 80 on Thursday....Trust me, you won't miss Big Bend that much

I wouldn't want to live in either place, but good luck.

Ha! This year was the year to live in Wisconsin. Looks like everyone else was treated with the snow for once!
