United States of Snow

crazy...49 states. Hawaii's Mauna Kea wasn't so lucky to get any

Re: United States of Snow

Best part about this whole thing is that the areas that tend to get the most snow in the country every year (western and central NY) are getting less than an inch.

2007 Mazda 3 S Sport 5-door, 2.3L ATX, Black Mica; Corksport SRI, CorkSport Exhaust, VCTS removal, Koni STR.T shocks, Racing Beat springs, Gram Lights T57-RC 18" wheels, Speedline blue wide angle heated mirrors

Re: United States of Snow

Same thing up here, we've had one good dump of snow in December, but since them it's been an occasional dusting. Ski hills are making a retarded amount of snow, and it's turning to ice remarkably quickly. BLOWS.

Re: United States of Snow

Here in Kentucky, we've went years without any real snowfalls. Now, we've had a crap load. More than we want, too. The first snowfall was cool and we were all "Yay snow." You know, because it meant no school. Now, it's just annoying. And I'm tired of my car being crusty and saltier than a potato chip.

Re: United States of Snow

The Seattle area had its warmest January on record. We usually get a little bit of snow in the city but none this year.

Welcome to Upstate NY lol. Only difference is when it snows here like it is there our schools and businesses don't close.

Yes, people freak out here if we get anything more than a dusting. Hell, last week we got about six inches and the schools were closed for three days.
