How to get a refund for an online purchase that never shipped?
I've never had this problem before but I ordered some car seat covers for my MZ3 back on November 14th and still haven't received anything from the place I ordered from and can't get in contact with them. When I check the status of my order on their site it says it's still processing.
The first time I sent them an e-mail (about 1 week after the purchase) someone replied the next day saying they'd look at my order and get back to me the next day...well I never heard back.
I sent another e-mail a week later, still no response
Tried calling a few numbers that were on the site, could only get voicemails, so I left a message, still no response from anyone.
Sent another e-mail just for the hell of it saying I wanted to cancel my order...still nothing.
So who should I get in contact w/ about getting my money refunded? I used my debit card for the purchase so I would assume I'd talk to my bank...but I've never had to do something like this before so I'd like to know if anyone here has had to go through something similar and what happened as a result.
I still have all the invoices and information they sent me and I know when my card was charged for the item they never sent me.
