Advance timing for 2010 Mazda3 2.5L

This is for my friend, but i want to start this thread before he does. Since he's at work.. We did the same advance timing mod, which requires moving down the sensor.

There is no belt blocking the way of the sensor.. so moving down the sensor was a breeze (not that it wasn't)

We reset the ECU, let the car idle for 7 minutes and drove locally for 13 minutes, then we head off to the highway, took 30 miles to get from our point A to point B.

There was no check engine light.
To test out if there was any gain, we did the usual 60 roll-??(?) on an empty highway.
The last time we did that, was when i didn't have a header.. and he was losing by 1/2 a car lane.
This time, he was still losing by 1/2 a car lane next to me. (though he claim he slow down

From what he say, he says the car feel a bit faster. He's going to post here after work.

His mods: Corksport SRI.

=_= if im next to you, but 1/2 a car lane in front, that mean i beat you. and we did the 60 run twice, i was 1/2 car lane ahead of you both time, there was at least a quarter mile from the car ahead, wasn't planning to go any further

First off what we do on the street is none of your business. 2nd, why do you care? And alex you were 1/2 a car in front cuz I hit the gas a second later. Phone has a delay. Doesn't matter. Both times you weren't pulling away. Tho if you did I wouldn't care. You got way more mods. So it really doesn't matter who wins. If you want ill say you won. After all, you did help me with all the mods I got atm.

My headers + my exhaust system does sound like a honda at high rev.
Yes it was street racing, but it was a quarter mile of clear road from the car in front of us.

And i did have a honda, and nothing is wrong with having a honda.

On the streets, yes it is my business as you ass hats could run into the back of me. Frankly what you do in an alley with your friends is your own business.
