Anyone - a good powered subwoofer for my Yahmaha system?

I picked up a fairly good unit / 105 watts for all of 5 channels - I had an old system some years ago - so I have all the speakers that I need- my old powered sub was not up for the task and failed - what works best with Yahmaha? Their own "active" brand ... or ... what do you recomend? Thanks...

I've always heard good things about SVS subs for value and output. Currently I'm running without a real sub since I'm in an apartment and my mains go pretty low.

I have a yamaha SW216 with my yamaha receiver. I've used it for a few years, but only in smaller rooms. Given the places I have used it, I am happy with it and there is plenty of volume.
