Official 2009-2010 Snowboarding/Skiiing thread

We all know El Nino is coming this winter (yay!)

I've been hearing that it had already started snowing in Lake Tahoe last night, can someone from the area or near the area confirm?

Re: Official 2009-2010 Snowboarding/Skiiing thread

I just changed this to a snowboarding/skiing thread

Let's start talking! Be sure to post where you'll be going, how's the conditions (expected and what it really was)... and finally...

What did you hit? (A tree? A rock? Got in a fight with a bear?)

Anyway, I can't wait to hit up Kirkwood (in South Lake Tahoe), their high elevation always get the first and best snow!
