Is it just me, or does the drifting look a little off? Its like you swing so fast and control the drift immediately after.

Actually when I swing too fast from side to side I lose control. You can see that happen in one of the videos. I think it is a good representation of real drifting but it is not the same. It is close. Maybe a few more years and we can replicate the physics of drifting and driving.

I'm not sure if I actually hit the wall... But there is damage. If you get damaged your handling and performance goes down. You hit one side and it will pull on one side.

That was probably a very light hit but if you were to zoom in during the game you probably can see small dents/scratches. I know when I did that some other time you can see some light damage.

Re: Official Thread: Need for Speed Shift Videos

I played this game on my buddies ps3...I'd say its the best one yet but its reallly freaking hard. It takes some getting used. Its much more real than the other ones.

Re: Official Thread: Need for Speed Shift Videos

Its an improvement, but i like i said before the lack of proper steering just ruins it for me. Im used to well done steering in games like LFS, and GT5P.
