To be or not to be... a breakfast taco eater

What do you guys think? My unhealthy breakfast taco loving side wants to get the best of my 4000 calorie a day fun side (no I don't really eat that much)

Re: To be or not to be... a breakfast taco eater

why are you trying to drop weight before lifting? If you try to drop weight without lifting you're going to lose more muscle/less fat than if you were lifting while trying to drop weight.

Im specifically trying to drop fatttttt

And I have read that it's hard to build muscle and loose fat at the same time, is that incorrect?
