Performance Chips

Hi... just bought a 2010 Mazda3 5 door. I see lots of performance chips being sold. Are there for real? Anyone have experience with them? I'm interested on the one that says it gives you more HP and also better gas mileage. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Dave

Re: Performance Chips

no. they are all false. our cars "relearn" anything that any real chip can change. the only real way is with a full standalone.. which costs $$$$ but seing as how it has taken 4 years for them to make one for the 1st generation mazda3. id say your unfortunately going to have to wait a LLLOOONNNGG while for someone to develop something that actually works for your 2010...

sorry for the bad news bro.. thats what sucks about getting a first model year car.

however, corksport has just officially released their first exhaust system for the 2010 mazda3. sounds great, and has some honestly awesome gains! go check them out!!
