I hate the Mazda Stealership

As said in the the title , i HATE THE MAZDA STEALERSHIP. i had my brakes changed there last week as they were squeaking. NOW they are squeaking again. i brought er in today, waited 2 hours, and the guy comes back, and hes like oh. we tried 2 different sets of rotors but still they are squeaking. So were gonna try some of the genuine mazda rotors made of high quality but we dont have any instoke they will be in in about 2 hours. So i go home, come back, still its not there, so i left the car and walked home. I get a call, and now he says that its done, and that i have to pay 80 bucks. WHAT FOR? He makes up some BS tells me that the rotors they put on were prob bad batches. i told him its not my fault that they put shitt* rotors on and that i aint paying a penny. I told him every single car that goes into the garage gets those rotors but for some retarded reason they dont work on mine, and that its not my fault and not my bussiness to pay for anything. Anyway, he said he had to talk to his manager blah blah, and jeez he was being so rude. I told him that i wasnt paying a penny and hes like ok thanks bye and hangs up. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BRING MY CAR THERE EVER.

Re: I hate the Mazda Stealership

Thing is though, did you specify OEM parts on the workorder?

If you did and there were problems (or conversely you asked them for "the best deal&quot and there were problems, I'm not sure that the dealership wouldn't have just cause to charge you.

Now, if they on their own decided what parts to use and there are issues, then yeah they can eat any additional charges.

Re: I hate the Mazda Stealership

tell them this:
I either get my car back all fixed and no fees applied, or i will stand by the main door and tell my story and the horrible CS that you give here to every person that wants to get in!

i did this for something else, and everything was ready for me in 10mns.

Re: I hate the Mazda Stealership

Last I heard Mazda had two lines of brake products. Their "value line" which are usually used for replacements and priced to be competitive with aftermarket, and their OEM line which is usually only used on warranty jobs. Maybe they started with the value rotor and ended up going to the OEM.

Re: I hate the Mazda Stealership

Were the brakes squeaking when it was cold outside, as in the morning? That is common on the Mazda as well as several cars...and does not mean that the parts need to be replaced, especially if the car has low mileage or is pretty new (your profile says 2009 model year). Heck, I have 60k on my brakes and they're only 3/4 worn (pads), rotors might need turning soon.

I sure hope you didn't talk to the guy like you're talking on here...otherwise you sound like just another arrogant and immature prick.
