Swine Flu Coming Back

H1N1 swine flu is coming back. I started a forum using the same software that runs this forum but mine of course needs a lot more work. I am posting news and have discussions of the pandemic. The website is http://www.thintheherd.info

Honestly i think the media is blowing this shit out of proportion for ratings (which makes me fricken sick), they need to stop calling it pandemic until it is.  Not saying we shouldn't continue what were doing to try to stop if from becoming one but, lets face it.  Its not quite of pandemic proportion yet.

The death toll is rising in Europe. It appears to be stronger variation.

"No Report"=/="No Activity"

That's the difference. It is very widespread, the question is really testing/reporting of the virus. My wife is an epidemiologist, her hospitals aren't even testing for it any more as it's kinda pointless since it is so common. Why waste resources?

Some cases of the virus are now resistant to anti-virals. However, the death rate isn't much higher than the normal, seasonal variety.
