Miami Vice - Thanks HULU!

I got about halfway through the first season of Miami Vice this weekend and I must say, hulu.com is awesome! I love the fact every episode is there and I plan to watch all of them. The best part about it is that I can plug my laptop into my plasma and the picture quality is great with full screen viewing and the 480p option makes it even better.

I watched the show from time to time when I was a kid but watching it now as an adult I appreciate it even more. I loved the show as a kid but I think it was simply because Sonny drove a Ferrari and thats all I really cared about. It seems that the show was a bit ahead of it's time and it's kind of like today's CSI in a sense. With great plots, continuing character developments, and the popular new music of it's day, it really was a great show.

All of this makes me even more disappointed in the 2006 movie with Colin Farrell and Jamie Foxx. What a joke.

Anyone else watching it? Thoughts?

BTW, Some things never change: I still love the Ferrari.

+1

Michael Mann should be dissappointed in that TRASH of a remake. I'm sooo glad Don Johnson and Phillp Michael Thomas did not make a cameo in that movie. :x
