Anyone doing P90X??

I am on phase 2 of P90X and love it.
Anyone else doing it? I have lost 3 lbs and am toning up nicely. Still have alot of work to do, but I'm looking better every day.

How are you guys?

Re: Anyone doing P90X??

Ive lost 60 lbs doing my own workout.
It was something like p90x. P90x looks like a great workout, it should work for most people.
I've been average weight for 6 years now. Don't make the mistake many people make..... there is no such thing as a diet. being fit is a lifestyle. Doing diets and working out every couple of months is the wrong way to go about trying to be fit and healthy.

That workout should get u into great shape. Good luck.

Re: Anyone doing P90X??

I 'obtained' it and started on it.. got a few weeks into it and then life got in the way

It was definitely working though. If you know where to look you can save yourself a good bit of money.

stockness hotness.

Re: Anyone doing P90X??

my wife and I are on week five. It is a committment, but I find myself looking forward to the workout everyday. We were taking off the one day, but we are now doing the stretching on that day. My wife at first was kinda cool to it, but now, she is moving up in weight on her dumbbells, and like you, looking better everyday. I think it is great because everyday it's different and it works. I do hate the chin-ups, but you know, I love it!

Re: Anyone doing P90X??

my friends doing it...he says its ok. He would rather go to a gym but since his wifey wants to do it together, he's doing that instead.

I HATE it...but I LOVE it

Stick with it...and the diet is probably 70% of the success.
