Your top speed on a highway?

I admit, this was stupid, but i hit 110 on my way to school the other day. Scared the shit out of me.
What's the fastest you've ever drove on a highway?

190. See, I can make up ridiculously dangerous speeds too, 'cause I'm a BAMF.

Re: Your top speed on a highway?

My old Saturn, about 105. In my Mazda about 95-100 (late to a wedding, I got there about 15 seconds before the bridal party headed down the aisle).

Not driving and not on a highway, between 150 and 160mph. I was in a coworkers kit car. I can't remember exactly what the base was for the kit car, but basically a Nobel M12 open top. Curbweight with Engine in it was basically 2,000lbs according to my coworker. He had an LS1 engine in it with twin turbos running something between 7 and 10lbs of boost (I think around 7, but I don't remember what he told me). A conservative tune was pumping out around 430hp at the wheels. I met up with him to cruise around one night shortly after he had finished his first cut of tunning and head to a local RX-7 meet (he used to own a tuned RX-7). It was a lot of fun. We pulled up to a light afterward and he goes, "So, you wanna see what this thing really has???". Lit up the tires and launched like the fricken space shuttle. There was a gentle curve, one that you would barely think of as a curve in the road normally. I felt like I was going to get shoved through the side of the car from the G force at 150 or so. From one light to the next was a bit less then a mile with the gentle curve in between (50mph speed limit, oh and this was 2am and we could see there were no other cars on the road from that light to the next, the curve is only like 15 degrees total).

Needless to say it was enormously fun and also just a we bit scary.

125 in my old Stratus before I had to slow down for a curve, though that wasn't on a highway.

Fastest on the highway was 120 in the same Stratus before the governor kicked in.

Haven't had my Mazda over 90 yet, but I usually cruise at about 80 depending on the highway I'm on.

105 in my Fusion, not on purpose. Just trying to get around some idiots.

102 on surface streets in a Porsche. In about 1/4 mile went from 0-102-0. Would have gone faster but there were stop signs.

132 in my stepdad's old e36 M3. Not one of my finest moments in life but it was worth it. There was no one around so I went for it.
