Crossing into Canada with Tinted Windows?

Has anyone here had any problems with crossing into Canada via the U.S.-Canadian Border via Niagara Falls with tint?

I am planning on putting 35% tint on my MS3 and if I go up to Niagara Falls this summer, I'd like to know if I'll have a problem crossing because of the tint, which isn't that dark.

Well, it should be that Canadian tinting laws don't apply to cars with US plates, since the tint is legal in the state your car is registered in

It doesn't matter. Besides having tint, you don't have DRL's which are a requirement in Canda.

I go to BC often, never have issues.

I've had 35% both times I've been to the gta, and I had no issues. Though, I'd recommend making sure you don't park in empty hotel lots, I owed the city of Niagara Falls $$ after that one..

Yeah there isn't anything they can do. Just leave your radar detector at home (if you have one), as they will fine you for that.

[/quote]I have read that Canada prohibits them, but I would really like to use mine through Massachusetts, Vermont, and New York.

Couldn't I just hide it well, and not use it in Canada?
