Do you let your spouse drive your car?

I was just wondering if people let their spouse/ significant other/ partner drive your car? Why or why not?

I am currently married but going through a divorce, and my ex has only driven my car twice. Both were short trips, and I made her get out in the driveway so I could pull it into the garage. She is a scary driver! (scary bad, not scary fast... that's me)

married, bought the car for her.

I drove it 3 miles AFTER we bought it. I think I have about 10 miles under my belt now, we haven drivin around 300.

She sometimes lets me have it. But then again, I was the same way when I bought MY truck Lets just say we know who the vehicles belong too.

Yes we both drive each others cars.
I only let her take the M3 out 2 or 3 times when we had it, the Supra...never.

It's not that she is a bad driver by any means, I just get too worried when the important cars are out of my sight.

I let Josh drive my car every so often. He're really the only one I trust to drive it lol. At our last autox (the Modified Mag. Tuner thingy), he co-drove my 3, cuz his s14 was in the paint shop.

I tell my GF to drive my car all the time, she just wont do it. Shes afraid that something is going to happen to it in some way and that I'll blame her. She knows how anal I am about my car and she refuses to be the reason something bad happens to it. She drove my 04 hatch once, and she said it was the scariest drive of her life. That being said, I drive her 04 sedan all the time.

"Can't" as in...

1. She can't drive it because it's manual?
2. Or because she's not allowed?

lol
