So there are seriously people out there (like normal people, rather than, say, my grandmother) who aren't digital yet?

Sean Connery is normal, and he drinks from a leather glove. (Note: No digital tech involved in the making of his leather drinking gloves.)

Off topic:

Ryan that Avatar just plain old F'n hurts

OK back on topic:

MY B&W 19" CRT finally gave out last month (Perfect timing Huh?) So I replaced it w/a SONY KDL-40XBR6

I don't believe I'll need a digital converter, But I could use the $40 to help offset the cost of the NEW TV

Re: Looking for a digital converter to get with your 40.00 rebate?

well I don't know if you consider me normal, but I still have an old fashioned 19" tv with bunny ears. I did get a digital converter though about a month ago, just cause the coupon was about to run out. I prefer watching dvd to tv so I don't see any reason to pay $60-80 a month for cable and I figured I'd update to a digital tv when this one dies. I guess at that point I'd start getting blue-rays and get one of those upconverting dvd players.

Now I will go hang my head in shame in the corner.
