Re: wrist brace???

If you feel tingling, go to the e-room asap. If you have CT and get tingling for more than 24 hours, you'll loose feeling in your hand.

Re: wrist brace???

A brace might help some. Get an ergonomic keyboard and mouse. Throw in a good mouse and keyboard wrist rest. Try talking to your doctor about it and suggestions he/she might have.

I use to get some wrist pain many a year ago, but with using just wrist rests for my keyboard and mouse and a proper sitting height I rarely if ever get wrist pain (I work with computers for a living and have for 7 years plus well over a decade before then when I was a kid).

You've been using a laptop for all of this??? No wonder, those things wouldn't know ergonomic if it bit them in the butt. That is the only time my wrists hurt is when I use my wife's laptop for a few hours.
