Yeah, because holding a 3yr old's leg is going to keep them from falling off and hitting the pavement.

Some people are seriously touched in the head.

I just got Idiocracy through netflix, I think it might help me get through this recent news story. I'll probably also want a few beers to make it through the movie. I am so sick and tired of the immense stupidity I see in the world.

I shouldn't even say it is an issue of intelligence. There are plenty of people out there that might have trouble paring the course for IQ who don't do 'dumb stuff'. I guess its more an issue of common sense (well, mostly). To many people lacking basic common sense. Lack of IQ probably doesn't help.
