the 2nd link gives a better story on the subject. If I didn't have my graduation party, chances are I would have been there. (race was at my home track). I'm a big NHRA fan and this is very sad to see. With all the safety features in place, you know this must of been such a hard accident.

Not to parade his death, but to show u the impact and what happened...also ESPNs coverage of the situation and different drivers views' and such.

there is no wall at the track. There is a sand pit and then a net and after that trees but he didn't get to the trees

Then what the hell made him explode and pop up at the end, surely not just a net.

most of that is the sand flying up cause I am sure the car nose drived into it once he left the asphalt. and since he was on fire before the sand and hitting the sand, it prob made it explode

Something on fire flew up in the air.

I mean no hard feelings for what I post on this website. Anything I type/write/post/say on this forum is only that of general debate and discussion. I am not biased toward anyone or anything. I am neutral in everything I do on this website. Only those facts that are presented to me sway my thought process and siding of each discussion topic that I post about.

Is it just me, or do you also think when you die, thats just it.

I know you can't remember what happened before you were born, but their was nothing. So you go back to nothing. Blackness. That's it.

SHUT UP!!!!

I try NOT to think about this and I have been doing fine! I surely hope there isnt nothing. It would just suck so bad to have life fly by you, and you never wake up again. Nothing, just nothing, and there is nothing you can do about it

Id say kill me now, but Im afriad if there is nothing after!

Exactly, just nothing.

Believe me I try to believe their is an afterlife as well, but honestly, I tend to be a realist.

Seems to me you just die and put you back in the Earth as fertilizer.
