American Idol, So you think you can dance, and Dancing with the Stars is garbage to me. This show takes generally poor adults and lets them showcase their talents on tv. MTV has been doing this for years in many different fashions. The exploit people good and bad for ratings. That's really any tv show these days that doesn't involve actors and actresses.

Re: America's Best Dance Crew!!!

BTW my g/f and I couldn't wait till Thursday's would come to watch this show. I have a feeling the 2nd season will leave a lot to desire. The Jabbawockie's are a great diverse dance crew. They could do many different dances that really seperated them from the competition! I really felt that Kabba Modern should have made it to the final episode instead of Status Quo!

Re: America's Best Dance Crew!!!

MTV has been pretty good at turning nobody's into somebody's. When they played a lot more music and had the spring break weekend; many people from past shows were hired to be VJ's. The VJ's were the best thing MTV has ever had, but for the most part they all moved on or had movie careers. The good ole days of MTV. I just watch it now, because they actually have some good shows. True Life has been one of the best shows MTV has ever done.

I really hope this next season of ABDC can be as good as the first, but I'm a little leary! I know what to expect now compared to last season when I didn't.

i sooo 100% agree with you that Kabba should have been second... they were almost always the most techincal and precise group out there... but the Jabba were just untouchable... i think the final episode would have been a little more nail bitter if kabo modern was going against jabbawockeez
