my troubles with f2 (happy?)

ok so last wensday i call up f2 and order the f2 cat back for my 3 well they said it would be sent out today and b here on monday well today is monday and im wondering where my package is so i call them up about 6 times today when i finally get someone to pick up they tell me it hasn't been shipped yet. this agrivates me a little so i ask if he's serious and im told that the ups driver never came. i ordered it last wensday how could he have not come from wensday to now if i managed or owned a reputable company and i was supposed to send out orders to my customers i would have been calling ups the next morning if they had not come out to pick up orders. i should have been contacted if my exhaust wasnt shipped out or was back ordered especially when i was told it would be shipped that day and here it is almost a week later. i want to say screw it and cancel my order but it will probably take a week to get my money back. /rant

Re: F2 USA is screwing me

Well, if you get it this week, does it really matter?

BTW, reading your post made my head hurt.

Re: F2 USA is screwing me

i wasn't offered any sort of compensation not although all i want is it now. but it does matter because i was told i would have it today and its not on my car, also im going to a meet and cruise this weekend probably and wanted to have it on for that now i have to go after work to the auto shop. why did my post make your head hurt lol. a simple phone call or email would have made this situation completely fine

I'm not saying you don't have a right to be frustrated, but I think you're taking a delay of just several days way too hard. Things happen.

Your post made my head hurt because it was barely readable.

Re: F2 USA is screwing me

I understand where you're coming from, but these kind of things happen. I had the same headaches from E*TRADE when I was trying to establish my account. It took them 2 weeks to get my account going. Some companies just get way to busy and they can't handle a surge in orders. F2 is really busy making a turbo kit at the moment, and I'm sure a lot of their time and money is devoted to that kit.

LMFAO "oh i thought i didn't need that" i bet in your head you were like "go kick your mom in the ass for me when you get home " 08mazda2.0

Re: F2 USA is screwing me

well Ricardo called me (owner i assume) and assured me he would have it here by Thursday the person i got a hold of when i called was not very helpful which is disappointing but i am looking forward to see details of the kit. hopefully theres the option for something better than the haltec

Ya, this shit happens. It's all a balance act. Sometimes things get there on time, sometimes early, sometimes late. There are too many outside variables to consider that its very hard to pick a time frame for shipment of items! Delays are part of this game.

I hope that you do indeed get your items on Thursday tho!

+1 on your posts are hard to read.
Why? Use some form of punctuation...or maybe even line breaks.
