Earlier today there was a discussion about what can be acceptable and not acceptable on the forum when it comes to...pics...of women...wearing little or nothing at all as discussed here: http://www.mazda3forums.com/index.php?topic=109007.0
. I understand that there is a "black hole" where pretty much anything goes, but like black holes, it can only be seen by a select few.
Section 4 of this sites rules and regulations states:
*Pornography is not permitted on FMVperformance.com sites ("FMVp"
. Pornography is considered images which show situations that would not be allowed to be seen in the general public (community standard based on those of the State of Connecticut). Furthermore, the exact definition may be interpreted by FMVp staff at will.
So that begged to ask, what situations would not be allowed to be seen by the general public??? The rule is very loose and from the last sentence, it appears that the mods and admins determine what is acceptable and what is not resulting in posts being edited, deleted, threads to be locked, closed, for no other reason other than the mod says so.
I've created this thread to challenge the admins to clarify this rule and so that members would know where to draw the line as far as, ahem, posting risque' situations goes. It is not my intention for this thread to become a porn thread or to start any sort of flame war between members.
So would this not be allowed to be seen by the general public???
