tickets= alot of money.

so i got a speeding ticket about 4 months ago and had my court date last night. the prosecutor dropped the 4 points and i also had one other 100 ticket also. the totaly came to be almost 600$ 250 surcharge for dropping the points. 200 something ticket for 20 over and also the other 100 something for the other ticket. I was not happy.

At least you have no points and don't have to deal with insurance going up.

[/quote]Nope, nobody else has ever gotten a ticket. You, my friend, are the only one.

Don't bet on it. Just because there are no points doesn't mean the state won't report the ticket to your insurance company. Tack it on to if the insurance company ever asks you about tickets you have to tell them whether or not you got any points from them.

My one coworker at one point in time was pay about $7,000 a year in insurance on her mustang GT because of how many tickets she had. One really has to wonder when things are getting that bad, why the hell you don't just slow down?

Sounds like she needs to trade in her Mustang and pick up a Chevy Aveo or something that is incredibly slow.

I'm amazed they dropped the 4 point ticket down to nothing. Consider yourself lucky.
