cool. but i dont agree with the mazda part. even though ford owns a percentage of them, they shouldnt be in the same class as them...

Yes, they should be by themselves because they are super! Who else would they be tied to? This is a family tree...they are partly owned by Ford, which is a bigger company. Hence Ford's involvement to Mazda in the tree.

Just like Fuji heavy industries/Subaru is under Toyota, even thought toyota only owns 8.6% of Fuji heavy industries.

Get over it, they're a part of FoMoCo and share many parts. WIthout Ford, Mazda would have floundered like Mitsu and Nissan...both of which needed saving from larger companies.

Interesting that Honda is the most dependent out of all the companies, having cut ties with GM and Isuzu, yet one of the most successful as well.

More like Porsche owns all the cool stuff (well, that's a matter of opinion as I could care less about much of VAG products) as they own a majority stake in VW.
