Re: cats not doing good

take him in for a check up and blood work.... thyroid problems can happen in cats when they get older.

we have 2 cats and 2 dogs

1 cat was from a rescue under a yr old black with white socks hes very loving. the sick one from germany.
2 yorkies 1 from a recue we were his 5th home in 6 months weve had him for 5 months now
the other one is a little of a yr old now... and will never get anymore lymes shots... almsot killed him 670$ to save his life but it was worth it. Hes so funny.

and thank you guys

I'm sorry.

I lost my childhood cat 2 years ago. She was 20 years old when she died. She had a good life and I miss her. *sniffle*

I don't know how people can live without pets. Got a dog and a rabbit plus lots of fish. I guess that is why i'm going to veterinary school!

she lost 5 lbs... was 10 lbs now 5 lbs. They think she has a tumor. They put here on antibiotics to see if that works and in a week she has to go back if she isnt doing better.... they will have to put her down. =-/

Re: cats not doing good

Sorry to hear about your cat. My childhood cat, Dak, died about seven years ago and I have not had another one since. He was the pinnacle of cats in our family. He was 18 when he passed and he had diabetes for over 5 years. Tough cat with a mean right hook, 1/5 of a tail (he was a Manx), and unparallel balance, even for a cat. I miss him still.
