psychology question

here goes...

Say your driving in your brand new mazdaspeed3 that you converted into a 2 seater and the rest of the car is filled with custom sound system... your driving down the street and all the sudden it starts to rain and gets very cold... you come to a stop sign and notice that theres a bus stop to your right.. Theres 3 people... the old lady, looks like she could die from the cold... then theres your best friend, that saved your life awhile back...then theres the man/girl of your dreams...

question : who would you let in your car from the rain, and give em a ride...?

note: theres no right answer..this is similar to the ink blot test...im just curious what everyone says

my answer... i chose the best friend...cuz the old lady is gonna die sometime anyway... and the girl of my dreams ....well she maybe the girl of my dreams but she may not like me...so thats why i picked the best friend

Re: psychology question

Friends come and go.

You don't know the old lady.

Gives you a good opportunity to make talk with the girl/guy.

I mean no hard feelings for what I post on this website. Anything I type/write/post/say on this forum is only that of general debate and discussion. I am not biased toward anyone or anything. I am neutral in everything I do on this website. Only those facts that are presented to me sway my thought process and siding of each discussion topic that I post about.

Re: psychology question

keep driving off to avoid the confusion and thinking all together...the bus should come soon; also avoid the car from the dirty shoes and wet clothes. Plenty fishes in the sea to choose from (girl/guys). 60% of your friends are just ass holes and most likely would just drive off acting like they never saw you even if you saved them from a shark.

Re: psychology question

Well....I would have to go with the girl of my dreams for these reasons:

If I left my best friend alone with the girl of my dreams, he would end up with her! haha. So that crosses out the old lady...

If I chose the girl, I could then get my friend to take care of the old lady, if I really cared that much...

i would give my car to my best friend so he can take the old lady, and i will stay there with the girl of my dreams, and wait for my best friend to come back after i am done with the girl.

Re: psychology question

I would give my friend a ride. How would I know it's the girl of my dreams? Hell, I'm pretty sure the girl of my dreams wouldn't be someone sitting at a bus stop (given the people that actually ride the bus around here). If you pick up the elderly woman, she could survive the night but die from unrelated causes in the near future, wasting an opportunity to help the other two who would still be productive members of society later.

Loyalty>gamble on love>helping the weak survive.

Re: psychology question

I'd choose the old lady first, then come back for the others.

1. My best friend would understand.
2. I just got a +1 from the girl of my dreams for being a great guy. I'd definitely see her again.

Almost exactly my thought process

Okay, actually I just like being a nice guy. Selfishly it makes me feel good about who I am, so I try to do selfless things from time to time. I also figure I am already married to the woman of my dreams (okay, almost, Kate Beckinsale wouldn't return my phone calls).
